InkReserve is the booking and deposit system for Grace Neutral Tattoos. We collect what a booking needs: your name, email, phone number, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), your tattoo description, reference images and any health notes you choose to share. Health notes are shown only to studio staff.
Who receives your data
- Google. Sign-in with your Google account, and, for artists who connect it, Google Calendar (busy times are read; confirmed sessions are written).
- Photo ID (Visa card payments only). If you pay your deposit by Visa card, you upload a photo ID such as a driver's license. Only studio staff can open it. We never ask for or store your full card number.
- Resend. Sending receipts, confirmations, replies and newsletter emails, through the Forge email gateway.
- Twilio. Sending SMS receipts and confirmations, when the studio has connected it. Without it, only email is sent.
- Forge AI gateway (Anthropic and Google models). The concierge chat reads your messages to answer questions and to spot urgent health issues; staff upload photos may be sent to suggest a style tag.
- Forge hosting. The app, its database and the uploaded files (reference images, portfolio photos and videos) run on Forge infrastructure.
Your deposit and your records
Deposits are non-refundable and transferable within 30 days with 48 hours' notice. Records of bookings are kept so the studio can run its calendar and honour that policy. To ask for your data to be changed or removed, send a consultation request or reply to any email from us.
Email lists
Flash drop emails go only to people who ticked the consent box, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
